Temperature regulation dehumidifier is to use evaporator and condenser to process air, so as to achieve the purpose of temperature regulation and dehumidification. The condensation heat of the system is recovered in the working process to make up for the heat lost in the air due to cooling dehumidification. It is an efficient and energy-saving dehumidification method and has been widely used.
1. Cooling and dehumidification mode
When the indoor temperature and humidity are relatively high, and the indoor cooling load is relatively large, the system operates in the cooling and dehumidification mode, and can also adjust the air volume or water volume of the outdoor heat exchanger, and further adjust the cooling capacity and dehumidification capacity. The cooling capacity and dehumidification capacity increase with the increase of the air volume or water volume of the outdoor heat exchanger.
2. Temperature regulation and dehumidification mode
When the indoor humidity and humidity load are high, and the indoor cooling load is small, the system operates in the mode of temperature regulation and dehumidification. The air volume and water volume of the outdoor heat exchanger can also be adjusted to adjust the heat exchange distribution of the two condensers, so as to further control the indoor RE heat, so as to achieve the purpose of controlling the indoor air temperature.
3. Heating and dehumidification mode
When the indoor humidity and humidity load are high, but the indoor temperature is low and the heat load is small, the system operates in the heating and dehumidification mode. Because the refrigerant flow path of the outdoor heat exchanger is shut off, all the condensation heat is borne by the indoor second heat exchanger. The condensation heat of the system is greater than the steam heat, so the humidity of the treated air decreases and the temperature rises.
4. Heating mode
When the indoor temperature is very low, and the heat load is relatively large, although the relative humidity is relatively high, the moisture content is relatively low, and it is difficult to get out the moisture in the air. However, after heating the air, the relative humidity of the air will drop rapidly when the moisture content remains unchanged. Therefore, the indoor temperature and humidity can be controlled through the heating operation of the system. In this mode, the indoor air is heated by the first heat exchanger, and then returned to the room without heat exchange through the second heat exchanger. In this way, the temperature of the air rises and the humidity decreases, thus realizing the control of indoor temperature and humidity.
5. Automatic defrosting
When the system operates in mode 1-3, the first indoor heat exchanger is the evaporator. When the surface temperature of the evaporator is lower than 0oC and the relative humidity of the air entering the evaporator is high, the moisture in the air may frost on the outer surface of the evaporator. When the frost reaches a certain thickness, the pressure loss of the air side increases, the air flow decreases, and the heat transfer effect is poor. Therefore, defrosting is necessary. At this time, the unit operates in the heating and humidity control mode. The first heat exchanger in the room is used as the condenser. The high-temperature refrigerant makes the frost melt quickly, and then it returns to the original operation mode.
